Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/B.Com/M.Com/ MBS/ MBA (Major in Accounting,Finance,Human Resource Management).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing data and market trends to ensure smooth business operation.
∎ Ensure proper maintenance of book of accounts.
∎ Participating in meeting, workshops and other learning opportunities.
∎ Developing strategies to achieve business goals.
∎ Maintain books and records for transaction through Tally ERP-9.
∎ Manage proper inventory weekly or monthly basis & report to concern person.
∎ Reporting the consumption report weekly/monthly timely.
∎ Ensure delivery of products as per approved requisition.
∎ Maintain Petty cash related book & record.
∎ Preparing daily bank balance statement and deal with daily fund management.
∎ Maintain Cash receipts, Cash Payment, Journal, Purchase & Sales Vouchers, Cash.
∎ Book, Ledger and different financial registers.
∎ Fund Flow Check & Check the Reconciliation of Bank Accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly salary, bonus and increment sheet preparation.
∎ Preparation of yearly Master Budget and Monthly Budget Variances.
∎ Periodic evaluation for future plan.
∎ Any other task as assigned by management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 32 years
∎ Experience: Not Applicable ( Experience will get preference).
∎ Must be Honest, Sincere, Punctual and Disciplined.
∎ Strong Excel and database skills.
∎ Good computer skills including use of medium complexity on TALLY, Quick Book or accounting systems is preferable.
∎ Must be fluent in English & Bengali.
Salary: Negotiable
