Potential Employees will be given 6 months training period & after successful completion of training, will be offered full time employment.
Support territory sales planning, coverage expansion, and market penetration activities.
Track category performance, competitor movement, pricing changes, and sell-out trends.
Assist in developing volume forecasts, territory growth plans, and performance dashboards.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure stock availability, timely dispatch, and route efficiency.
Monitor distributor warehouse operations, including inventory accuracy, FIFO practices, vehicle loading plans, and delivery turnaround times.
Provide insights on route optimization, delivery cost efficiency, and improved fill-rate.
Assist in monitoring daily sales KPIs: coverage, productivity, drop-size, outlet activation,and line-fill rate.
Coordinate with field teams to ensure target execution and customer service standards.
Review sales & dispatch alignment to reduce stock-outs and excess inventory.
Work with modern trade/general trade teams to support order planning, delivery scheduling, and merchandising availability.
Track trade promo execution, in-store stock level, and on-time delivery metrics.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Finance, and Marketing to align on commercial priorities.
Participate in new product distribution planning, launch readiness checks, and supply visibility meetings.
Lead mini-projects in warehouse optimization, delivery performance, CRM utilization, sales automation, or RTM digitalization.
Develop and present high-impact insights to senior leadership.
