Additional Requirements:

Experience with MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) or any type of international outbound/inbound campaign will be considered an advantage.
Candidates with prior experience in a similar industry will be given preference.
Responsibilities & Context:
Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken (a good IELTS score is an added advantage).
Proactively follow up with potential customers to convert leads into opportunities.
Conduct cold calling to identify and engage prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to generate repeat business and new opportunities.
Generate leads and support the growth of clients’ real estate and/or property management service lines.
Demonstrate honesty, dedication, and a strong sense of responsibility toward assigned tasks.
