Education:

• Masters

• Minimum master’s degree (preferably in Business, Social Science, Development Studies, or relevant fields) from any recognized university.

• Age 18 to 35 years

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Commitment to work in rural and underprivileged communities.

• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

• Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email).

• Willingness to Work Anywhere in Bangladesh.

To groom future leaders in the development sector, CDIP is looking for dynamic and committed individuals for its Management Trainee (MT) program, designed to provide fast-track career growth in core operational areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Run the microfinance operations from different managerial positions after successful completion of training.

• Undergo structured training on Microfinance operations, health, and education projects.

• Participate in branch operations and field-level implementation activities.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on project progress and outcomes.

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, financial procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Support community engagement, client relationship development, and local team management.

• Contribute to innovative solutions for program efficiency and impact.

Additionally:

• The MT Program spans 1 full year, blending classroom sessions, practical branch roles, and leadership grooming.

• After the final evaluation, MTs are placed based on their capacity and demonstrated performance.

• Posting at any of CDIP`s branches across the country.
