Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/Masters in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 1 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Deliver all assigned tasks and assist with day-to-day Microfinance Program operations;
∎ Liaison with field offices and other stakeholders as assigned by the management;
∎ Prepare documents and update records;
∎ Taking detailed notes and prepare meeting minutes, memo etc.;
∎ Provide support as needed including reporting, data-entry, presentation creation, strategic planning as needed;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and ability to work in a team;
∎ Proficient in Microsoft applications and other standard software;
∎ Excellent spoken and written English and Bangla;
∎ English and Bangla typing skill;
∎ Ability to work under pressure and handle multitasking activities;
∎ Smart, dynamic and result-oriented and analytical skills;
∎ Must be comfortable working with people of diverse age-groups with various social, economic, professional, and /or cross-cultural identities;
∎ Should have positive attitude to take challenge and meet deadlines.
∎ Although the position is Dhaka-based, the selected candidate must be prepared to undertake field visits as and when necessary;
