Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for giving feedback all requested customer quarries of Mbrella official page - Facebook, Instagram, What's app & E-commerce. Also responsible to reply all Facebook Reviews, Comments & receiving Phone calls and try to give the solution with the help of concerned department.
∎ Update & monitoring the information in Mbrella Official Website like Product upload, promotional offer price updating, lead generation, customer insights data update, all latest news and events of organization.
∎ Responsible to update the team about current fashions trends & develop fashion blog regarding mix of current trends & company products.
∎ Analyze and research the target audience's character, purchasing and media habit.
∎ Work closely with Branding, Online store, Marketing, Merchandiser & IT team to ensure updated content publish.
∎ Maintain order management T&A sheet and Follow-up the entire order execution processes from order receive to delivery.
∎ Manage customer database of online customers.
∎ Develop and maintain smooth relationships with the client.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Prefer any Kind of Social Media Management related course.
∎ Required excellent communication skill in English & Bangla.
∎ Excellent Communication skill with customers.
∎ The candidate should be confident with their assign responsibilities.
∎ Have basic knowledge of digital marketing, including Facebook Boosting, SEM/PPC, Social Media and Web Advert such as Google Add, E-mail Marketing.
∎ Have Knowledge Microsoft Office Suit - Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
