∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Commercial, Export/ Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/ C&F
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Banks, Buying House, Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experience about US Customs and Duty
∎ Experience about LDP shipment
∎ Proven experience as shipping manager
∎ Solid knowledge of logistics procedures
∎ Experience in using EDI and preparing shipping documents (e.g. ASN)
∎ Computer savvy with excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
∎ Good understanding of budgeting and reporting
∎ Experience in directing and evaluating subordinates
∎ Excellent organizational and communication skills
∎ Problem-solving abilities
∎ Manage and coordinate the organization, staffing, and operational activities for district warehouses and stores
∎ Monitor storeroom and warehouse material usage
∎ Provide assistance in warehouse space utilization by designing facility layouts to achieve maximum storage efficiency
∎ Develop delivery schedules and drop shipment strategies
∎ Maintain accurate records and files of inventory usage
∎ Meet with staff to identify and resolve problems
∎ Select, train, motivate, and evaluate assigned personnel
∎ Prepare and present staff reports and other correspondence as appropriate and necessary.
∎ Assist with budget preparation and administration.
∎ Coordinate warehousing and storeroom activities with outside agencies and organizations.
∎ Discover new trends and innovations in the fields of warehousing and storage programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate must have good knowledge in computer skill (E-mail communication, MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS Excess, Power Point).
∎ Experience on Banks, Buying House (Garments), Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) companies,
