• Experienced candidates can be considered without NTVQF Certificate.

• Operate freight and personnel lifts to safely transport workers, materials, and tools between designated floors or areas.

• Communicate effectively with ground crew and personnel using standardized hand signals, intercoms, or two-way radios.

• Conduct routine pre-operational and in-operation safety checks to ensure proper functioning of the lift.

• Ensure that the lift is not overloaded and operates within designated weight limits at all times.

• Monitor lift operations closely and report any unusual noises, malfunctions, or safety concerns to the maintenance team immediately.

• Adhere strictly to site-specific safety protocols, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.

• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness within the lift cabin and operational area.

• Support emergency procedures, including lift shutdown or evacuation protocols, as trained.

• Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor or facility management.
