∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Capacity Development, Sales & Business Development, Training & People Development.
∎ 10+ Years of Experience with 3-4 years in sales, 8+ years in training, and 6-7 as Team Leader preferable.
∎ Excellent Communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Well-versed in Local languages and culture.
∎ Knowledge about Bangla typing.
∎ Good presentation/training skills, Leadership and Manager skills.
∎ Effective planning & Execution of the training calendar.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Leading the training team and guiding them from time to time as a facilitator.
∎ Conduct Training Needs Assessment (TNA), design & facilitate training programs.
∎ Organize Skill, Knowledge & Compliance training programs for sales team.
∎ Designing and developing training content and course materials for Team Leaders.
∎ Coordinate availability of all training equipment /courseware at all locations.
∎ Preparing monthly training schedule and budget and confirming execution accordingly.
∎ Carry out field surveys, organize feedback, and send it back to the concerned persons or dept.
∎ Studying competition moves & approaches, gathering information & preparing reports.
∎ Organizing different local & institutional events related to insurance awareness & literacy.
∎ Monitoring & supervising lead generation activities with Customer care & Sales Team.
∎ Designing and managing online learning experiences, such as webinars, and e-learning modules, and facilitated online training.
∎ Developing and implementing learning technology solutions like apps to enhance the skills and knowledge of the employees of the organization.
∎ Work in institutionalizing the training modules and materials as well as capturing good practices and knowledge gained throughout the training Programs.
∎ Develop and manage certification processes, implementing evaluation processes - online and offline to create a robust feedback and tracking mechanism on product knowledge and skills of all the trainees.
∎ Ensure traction of data on training performance, publishing MIS, dashboard, calendar, etc. timely and effectively.
∎ Coordinate with various internal and external customers to resolve bottlenecks that impact the business quickly.
∎ Any other responsibilities as and when required and assigned as per organizational priorities.
