• Strong teaching, presentation, and communication skills.

• Sound knowledge of nursing theory and clinical practice.

• Ability to mentor and guide students effectively.

• Proficiency in using teaching aids and basic computer applications.

• Commitment to professional ethics and continuous learning.

Job Description:

• Deliver lectures and practical classes in Nursing subjects as per the approved curriculum.

• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic content.

• Supervise students during clinical practice and practical sessions.

• Evaluate students through examinations, assignments, and practical assessments.

• Provide academic counseling and mentoring to students.

• Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and quality assurance activities.

• Maintain accurate academic records and student performance reports.

• Engage in research, training, workshops, and professional development activities.

• Follow institutional policies, academic regulations, and ethical standards.

• Perform any other academic or administrative duties assigned by the authority.

• Any other duties imposed upon by the authorities.
