∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing and delivering informative and engaging classes
∎ Setting and marking student work
∎ Motivating students to be passionate about food
∎ Ordering and controlling of supplies
∎ Maintaining health & safety
∎ Running school culinary events
∎ Mentoring students
∎ Preparing students for culinary competitions
∎ Participating in marketing and social media events

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a good command of English
∎ Currently a lecturer or a Sous/Head Chef
∎ Have Qualifications in Culinary arts
∎ Passionate about Food and Teaching
∎ Experience in Western and Continental Cuisine
∎ A good knowledge of food commodities, French recipes and Health & Hygiene
∎ Well-connected in the local industry
∎ Strong administrative skills
∎ Experience in training and with overseas experience would be an advantage.
