Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA and BBA with major in Accounting/ Finance from a reputed University. Must have achieved at least 03 x First Class/Div/A Grade in the entire educational curriculum.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for full time faculties for the Dept of Business Administration. The successful candidate will:
∎ Teach undergraduate courses that meet the curricular needs of the university with particular emphasis on fundamental education in Accounting/ Finance with all related areas.
∎ Teach specialized courses of Business Accounting/ Finance etc.
∎ Assist in the continuous review and development of the programs run by Dept of Business Administration.
∎ Assist in developing academic techniques designed to meet the needs of the diverse learning styles and intellectual interests.
∎ Work in accordance with University policies and procedures to undertake assessment of students' work and give feedback.
∎ Any other related jobs as assigned by the University authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent skills in presentation.
∎ Teaching experience preferred.
∎ Proficiency in English and Bengali.
