Job Responsibilities:
∎ Position Description: BAIUST solicits applications for the post of a Sub Assistant Engineer (Electrical) for the University. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
∎ To ensure smooth operations & proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations of the University.
∎ To involve in checking, repairing and servicing Electrical machinery, equipment, system and infrastructures of the University.
∎ To diagnose faulty operations and responding to breakdowns of all electrical equipment of the University.
∎ To assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
∎ To design electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improved designs.
∎ To plan and undertake scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the University Authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have computer literacy.
∎ Expertness in Auto CAD.
∎ Experience in Sub-station maintenance and Electrical design (will be in priority)
∎ Minimum 1 year of practical experience in the related field.
Salary:
∎ As per University`s Service Policy (Sub Assistant Engineer Grade-11).
