Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Social Science (Development Studies/International Relations/Political Science/Social Welfare/Economics or any other relevant subject) from any reputed national university or institutes.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Contractual for 02 Years.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka (Head Office).

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall monitoring and follow-up the project activities ensuring proper and smooth implementation as per project guideline.
∎ Ensure the documentation of the project begins at the very inception of the project to capture effectively the process and results.
∎ Conduct field visits from time to time and prepares monitoring report & gives feedback to the Coordinator for improvement of the project.
∎ Prepares monthly, quarterly, annually and other activity reports as and when required.
∎ Specific documentation assignments including analytical process documents, case studies, best practices, situational analysis, status reports, photo documentation etc
∎ Maintain regular contact between central & field to coordinate central & field level activities for smooth running of the project.
∎ Assisting for organizing national level events like seminars, workshops, consultations, meetings and campaigns etc.
∎ Maintain coordination and collaboration between the formal and non-formal partners and liaison with different concerned stakeholders at central and upazila level.
∎ Any other works you are interested or prefer to perform and any other duties as assigned by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in reporting and monitoring field and at least one year experience in migration sector.
∎ Excellent verbal & written skills in English and Bengali
∎ Excellent knowledge on computer operating system
∎ Ability to work independently and communication independently with Donor
∎ Willingness to stay at Field (At least 40% in a month) for program monitoring.
∎ Willing to work in a team.

Salary:
∎ 32000/- to 33,500/- as per experience.
