Educational Requirements:
∎ Advanced degree (master's degree or equivalent) in relevant subjects of social science, development studies, program management, etc. from a reputed university.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated experience in carrying-out training needs assessments.
∎ Demonstrated experience with evidence of designing and delivering training for multi-stakeholder participants.
∎ Demonstrated experience in designing, adapting and delivering training on leadership and management.
∎ A good understanding of the national and local institutional landscape around agriculture - it will be a significant advantage if the consultant has a wide network within national level stakeholder groups.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and appropriate mindset to work with national and local level stakeholder groups including state actors.
∎ Excellent experience in written translation from English to Bangla.
∎ The consultant preferably should have VAT and TAX registrations along with trade license
