Demonstrated knowledge and minimum of 10 years’ experience working in the gender policy systems and policies sector.
Good understanding of local institutional landscape – it will be a significant advantage if the consultant has a wide network within the gender friendly organizations.
Excellent report writing skills in English.
Experience of coordinating with stakeholders from government, private sector, academia/ research, and development agencies.
Demonstrated ability to work in teams and deliver tasks within set deadlines.
