∎ Expertise in Leadership Development: Demonstrated experience in one-to-one and group leadership coaching (face-to-face or online), providing personalized guidance to help participants strengthen their leadership effectiveness.
∎ Training and Facilitation Skills: Demonstrated experience designing and facilitating training.
∎ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage participants, deliver impactful presentations, develop training materials, and prepare reports.
∎ Experience working with young adults aged 18-29.

∎ Period of Performance: December 1, 2024, to November 30, 2025
∎ Point of Contact: Director - Knowledge Management, Strategic Learning and Communications
∎ Level of Effort: Up to 43 Days (per consultant)
∎ Duty Station: Dhaka with travel to selected regions within Bangladesh
