∎ Proven experience of 4 years or more in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
∎ Demonstrated leadership experience, managing and leading a team of designers.
∎ Experience of conducting Human Centered Design research.
∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe XD or MUSE.
∎ Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript is a plus.
∎ Strong understanding of mobile and web interface patterns and guidelines.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
∎ Experienced with strong understanding in Front-End and UI Development.
∎ Knowledge of Design Thinking process.
∎ Understanding of interaction design principles.
∎ Must have Concept of wireframing, Prototyping.
∎ Should have clear idea about Material design and Responsive design layout.
∎ Excellent communication, collaboration and management skills.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and inspire a team of UX/UI designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
∎ Align the organizational design practices with the Human Centered Design approach and lead the design research activities for the team.
∎ Conduct user research, A/B testing, usability testing, product performance to gather feedback and subsequent recommendations to inform design decisions for enhancement of the user experience.
∎ Engage in field process analysis and user-centered design activities to validate assumptions in addition to the generation of summarized reports on user-data analysis, persona profiles, ideation techniques, scenarios and storyboards, prototype insights.
∎ Develop and implement the overall UX/UI design strategy aligned with the company's business goals and user needs while driving design excellence by establishing and maintaining high standards for user interface design, interaction design, and overall user experience.
∎ Guiding and developing sketches, wireframes and mockups of systems/applications in successive sequences whenever relevant.
∎ Interact with decision makers and stakeholders by coordinating high level KII and focused group discussions and organizing validation exercises with decision makers and stakeholders in development partners and the Government.
∎ Create interactive prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
∎ Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth and skill development.
∎ Ensure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, and actively participate in design reviews.
∎ Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and optimize workflow to contribute to the overall product strategy.

∎ We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as the Lead of UX/UI Design. As the lead, you will play a pivotal role in directing the user experience and user interface design for the various solutions and products offered by mPower. The successful candidate will lead a team of designers, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing digital experiences.
∎ Duty Station: Head Office in Banani, Dhaka. Occasional field visits outside Dhaka may be required.
