Training
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attend class in time & maintain class as per given CS, CBLM & others book given by Management
∎ Liaise with principal to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
∎ Design effective training programs
∎ Select and book venues for campaigning
∎ Conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions etc.
∎ Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos etc.
∎ Support and mentor new trainers
∎ Keep attendance and other records
∎ Manage training budgets
∎ Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly experienced candidate may be relaxed for their educational background
Salary:
∎ Salary will be provided as per budget of the project
