Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Network/Infrastructure Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining the company’s network, infrastructure, and security systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement network security measures to protect systems and data.

• Configure and maintain network devices like MikroTik, Juniper, Cisco, Firewall, Access Points etc.

• Perform router configuration and troubleshooting as required.

• Ensure end-point security across the organization.

• Configure, manage, and maintain Email Systems (Office 365 / G-Suite).

• Provide web server, VM, physical server management and support.

• Handle CPanel administration for hosting and applications.

• Collaborate with development teams and support DevOps-related tasks.

Additional Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Leadership capabilities to guide a small IT team.
