Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of operational and clinical requirements for a housing-based community reintegration project--
∎ Source clients/beneficiaries to be on boarded to the project from mental health institutions and other sources
∎ Create or develop networks or hubs of potential experts in the field of mental health for partnerships or collaborations;
∎ Develop and implement clinical & operational Sops
∎ Ensure and manage all clients/patient's mental and physical health progress and reporting
∎ Conduct and participate in relevant training as per the needs of the project
∎ Manage human resources allocated to the project and ensure regular task achievement reports
∎ Work closely with HoP in developing technical/MHPSS materials, SoPs, tools, guidelines, and documents and ensuring the implementation of all mental health standard protocols and procedures set by SMHP in order to provide the most appropriate care across the program participants
∎ Monitor and support MHPSS activities and interventions provided, and support the technical quality of the program by providing feedback and structured guidance
∎ Make regular field visits to pilot sites to develop contextual knowledge of each site, develop relationships with the field team, and support as necessary.
∎ Support developing proposals and budget estimates for different projects and deliverables as per requirement
∎ Develop coherent work plans for proposed project activities and monitor the timely implementation of the same
∎ Adequate and timely reporting on program performance and specific implementation challenges to the senior managerial team
∎ Participate in internal and external reviews and evaluation procedures
∎ Support the maintenance of operational and clinical tasks, to ensure on-time
∎ delivery, cost-effectiveness, and quality standards
∎ Seek to identify and report any project obstacles, barriers or any anticipated risk events
∎ Plan, monitor and evaluate project procurement and contracting processes
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with key project stakeholders, networking agencies, and personnel
∎ General Functions:
∎ Provide appropriate context analysis on mental health care systems and evolving health paradigms, programs, and policies in the country
∎ Support development of SMHP’s program strategy aligned with national and international policies, programming frameworks
∎ Contribute to project design, proposal development, and budget preparation procedures alongside project-specific standard operating protocols
∎ Monitor and support operational management of project implementation plans, budget utilization, and activity progress reporting
∎ Focus on the provision of capacity-building training among project staff equitably and on individual needs-basis, ensuring adequate monitoring and supervisory support
∎ Produce succinct quantitative and narrative reports of implementation projects on regular basis and as required by the management
∎ Meet financial objectives by preparing an annual or semi-annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions
∎ Coordinate with the senior management team to formulate project monitoring and evaluation frameworks and data management specific to project requirements
∎ Communicate job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff contributions to specific assignments in a definitive manner with timely and adequate constructive feedback to improve field-level implementation of proposed activities
∎ Promote project capitalization, use of technology, and research across range of SMHP projects

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ At least 5 (five) years of work experience with I/NGO related to Mental Health and Psycho-social Support programming with proven experience in technical support.
∎ Staffing, planning, and people management
∎ Proven experience in project cycle management
∎ Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
∎ Observation and problem-solving skills
∎ The ability to think outside the box and work under pressure
∎ Decision-making skills and the ability to organize and plan workload
∎ Enthusiasm, sensitivity and patience to deal with a range of needs
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
∎ Proven reporting and analytical skills

Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
