Experience:

• At least 3 years

Masters in Law preferably from Public University with no third division/class or equivalent CGPA/GPA in the academic records.

• At least 3 years

Minimum 3 years practice in court.

Employment Status:

• Permanent type.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide support on legal, regulatory and compliance issues of the Bank.

• Manage all litigation matters involving the Bank, including coordination with external legal counsel as necessary.

• Assist in contract management, including vetting and drafting trade letters, dealer agreements, and correspondence to channel partners.

• Maintain effective liaison with government authorities as required, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and compliance with regulatory obligations.

• Preparing and Organizing Case Document, filing legal suits including recovery purpose as and when required.

• Maintain liaison with external authorities like Government & Non-Government authorities.

• To attend courts with concerned officials and advocates when necessary.

• Conduct legal research to detect legal compliance requirements/ risk factors/consequences and impact.

• Prepare deeds, agreements, undertakings, contracts, etc.

• Maintaining Coordination between the Court and Bank.
