Responsibilities & Context:
Repair and replace laptop/desktop hardware (motherboard, display, keyboard, battery, fan, etc.).
Diagnose and resolve issues like no power, overheating, or component failure.
Provide technical support in-house, on-site, and remotely (phone/email).
Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and escalate complex issues when needed.
Conduct quality checks (QC) before delivery and assist front desk with verification.
Ensure proper documentation and handover of all service and sales cases.
