Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct interactive group and individual sessions to improve language proficiency in IELTS, PTE, Japanese, Mandarin, French, and German.
∎ Design and implement structured language courses tailored to different proficiency levels, including exam preparation.
∎ Develop engaging lesson plans and teaching materials to enhance students’ learning experience.
∎ Guide students with effective test strategies and techniques for language proficiency exams.
∎ Conduct regular assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Identify individual learning needs and customize teaching approaches accordingly.
∎ Support students in building confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
∎ Facilitate cultural orientation sessions to help students understand workplace norms, etiquette, and communication styles.
∎ Design engaging learning activities, practice exercises, and mock tests to enhance student outcomes.
∎ Provide individualized support to help students overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
∎ Work closely with program coordinators and fellow instructors to align curriculum with institutional goals.
∎ Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment.Stay updated with the latest changes in language proficiency exams and teaching methodologies.
∎ Adapt teaching methods to ensure effective and up-to-date instruction.
