Job Context:
∎ KMC is looking for dynamic, dedicated and hardworking Land Surveyors for land acquisition activities of ongoing/forthcoming projects. He/she will also responsible for providing support in preparation of land acquisition and resettlement plan implementation.
∎ Job Location: Project area at anywhere in Bangladesh

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify mouza names and sheet number.
∎ Collection of mouza maps.
∎ Land demarcation.
∎ Digitization of mouza map.
∎ Identify the affected zone and structures in the right of way.
∎ Marking the affected land and structure.
∎ Collection of ownership details from field and local land office.
∎ Preparation of plot index.
∎ Collection of mouza rate.
∎ Tracing of the alignment on the Mouza Maps.
∎ Prepare Land acquisition plan/proposal following ARIPA 2017.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 40 years
∎ At least 01 years of proven experience in Land Demarcation, preparation of Land Acquisition Plan (LAP); tracing map; preparation of plot index; Collection of Khatian; mouza map and other land related documents as per ARIPA 2017.
∎ Experience as Field Shardar Amin/Badar Amin under Land Survey Department will be an added advantage.
∎ CAD experience will be given preference.
