Education:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in real estate, law, business administration and other related majors;

Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• More than 5 years of experience in real estate or land resources management, and more than 2 years of work experience in equivalent positions;

• Familiar with the land market in Bangladesh, have experience in the whole process of purchasing at least one piece of land, and have strong market analysis and judgment ability;

• Have good communication, coordination and negotiation skills, and be able to work under pressure;

• Have a strong team spirit and be able to lead the team to complete work tasks;

• Proficient in office software, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills.

1. Please must mention the land procurement and transfering experience for a company (industrial/commercial etc.), if you have the experience please mention in the resume how many land you purchased in your work experience for the company.

2. Please mention in the land procurement procedure in which step you have participated or mention if you have the experience purchasing a land from the beganning to the end transfer a land to the company.

Responsibilities & Context:

• Responsible for finding land resources suitable for the company's development in Dhaka, Bangladesh and its surrounding areas, conducting property rights investigation, on-site investigation, evaluation and screening;

• Communicate and negotiate with the land seller to reach a purchase agreement;

• Follow up the relevant procedures in the land purchase process to ensure the smooth progress of the transaction;

• Coordinate with relevant departments within the company to provide support for land development and construction;

• Report the progress of work to the company on a regular basis, provide market information and suggestions;

• Complete other related tasks assigned by the company's leaders.
