Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Laborer to assist with a variety of physical tasks at our worksite. The ideal candidate will support daily operations by performing manual labor duties, maintaining a safe and clean work environment, and following instructions from supervisors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, loading, unloading, digging, carrying, and moving materials

• Assist shopkeepers as needed

• Operate basic tools and equipment safely

• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment

• Follow safety guidelines, procedures, and site rules at all times

• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications & Requirements

• Ability to perform physically demanding work for extended periods

• Basic understanding of workplace safety practices

• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team

• Prior labor is an advantage but not required

• Punctual, dependable, and hardworking

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 15-18 KG)

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery may occur
