Job Title: Driver (Mini Truck & Company Vehicles)

Job Summary

We are seeking a responsible and experienced Driver to operate a 1.5–2 ton mini truck for transporting pet shop goods within Dhaka and to locations outside Dhaka as required. The Driver will also be responsible for driving other company vehicles when needed, ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive a 1.5–2 ton mini truck to transport pet-related goods (food, accessories, supplies, etc.) safely and efficiently.

• Perform daily deliveries and pickups within Dhaka and occasional long-distance trips outside Dhaka.

• Drive other company vehicles (cars, vans, etc.) as assigned by management.

• Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods and verify delivery accuracy.

• Maintain the vehicle in good condition by performing basic daily checks (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.).

• Keep the vehicle clean and roadworthy at all times.

• Report any mechanical issues or accidents immediately to management.

• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations.

• Maintain delivery logs, trip records, and fuel usage as required.

• Assist with emergency or urgent deliveries when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Valid professional driving license appropriate for mini trucks and cars.

• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably with mini trucks or commercial vehicles.

• Good knowledge of Dhaka city routes and major highways across Bangladesh.

• Experience in long-distance driving is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when required.

• Honest, punctual, disciplined, and responsible.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or holidays if needed.

Preferred Skills

• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

• Good communication skills and polite behavior with customers and staff.

• Experience working with retail, logistics, or delivery-based businesses.
