Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform plant let culture and sub-culture activities in the tissue culture lab.
∎ Execute shoot tip cutting, hardening, and other micropropagation techniques with precision.
∎ Prepare and maintain high-quality culture media as per protocols.
∎ Oversee and manage net house operations, including acclimatization and maintenance.
∎ Lead and supervise personnel (PPL) working in the lab and net house to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Operate and maintain tissue culture lab for large-scale production with efficiency and accuracy.
