Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate, empathetic, and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, and academic growth in young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where students feel safe and valued.
- Utilize creative teaching methods, including storytelling, hands-on activities, and play-based learning.
- Assess student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.
