Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons focused on speaking, listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
∎ Use songs, stories, games, and visual aids to make learning interactive and fun for young children.
∎ Prepare weekly lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the academy’s curriculum and learning goals.
∎ Assess and track each child’s language development, and provide feedback to parents and the academy as needed.
∎ Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
∎ Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
∎ Motivate children to speak confidently in English through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
∎ Work closely with fellow instructors and staff to plan events, workshops, and special learning activities.
∎ Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continually improve teaching skills.
∎ Job Responsibilities – English Kid’s Instructors
∎ 1.Teach Basic English Language Skills
∎ Deliver engaging and age-appropriate English lessons focused on speaking, listening, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
∎ 2.Create a Child-Friendly Learning Environment
∎ Use songs, stories, games, and visual aids to make learning interactive and fun for young children.
∎ 3.Develop Lesson Plans
∎ Prepare weekly lesson plans and teaching materials aligned with the academy’s curriculum and learning goals.
∎ 4.Monitor Student Progress
∎ Assess and track each child’s language development, and provide feedback to parents and the academy as needed.
∎ 5.Classroom Management
∎ Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment conducive to learning.
∎ 6.Parent Communication
∎ Communicate regularly with parents about student progress and classroom activities.
∎ 7.Encourage Participation and Confidence
