∎ Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all children in their care.

∎ Monitor and supervise children at all times to prevent accidents or inappropriate behavior.
∎ Create and deliver age-appropriate lessons or activities that support the child's intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
∎ Provide hands-on learning experiences that help children develop both cognitive and motor skills.
∎ Use play-based learning strategies to make lessons fun and engaging.
∎ Offer individualized attention to support each child's learning style, needs, and pace.
