Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct fun and engaging English classes for young learners (ages 4-14) using interactive activities.
∎ Develop lesson plans to enhance students' speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
∎ Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve their learning experience.
∎ Create a positive and motivating classroom environment.
∎ Communicate with parents regarding students' performance and class updates.
∎ Assist with administrative tasks such as attending calls, handling client inquiries, and providing general office support.
∎ Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the academy.
∎ Use games, songs, stories, and activities to make learning enjoyable.
∎ Develop creative lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
∎ Encourage children to participate and build their confidence in speaking English.Manage classroom behavior in a positive and constructive manner.
∎ Attend staff meetings, and training sessions as needed.
∎ Utilize provided teaching materials, and if appropriate, create your own.
