Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibilities
Deliver engaging lessons in IELTS and/or Young Learners English (YLE) that meet the needs of diverse learners.
Design and adapt lesson plans in line with curriculum requirements and individual student goals.
Prepare students for exams (IELTS/YLE) through practice tests, feedback, and targeted skill-building.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to ensure measurable improvement.
Maintain classroom discipline while fostering a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Incorporate modern teaching techniques including digital tools, interactive activities, and real-life communication tasks.
Contribute to course development and suggest improvements for teaching materials and methods.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians (for YLE students) regarding student progress.
Collaborate with academy staff to ensure high-quality academic standards and student satisfaction.
Participate in training, workshops, and professional development to continually improve teaching practice.
