Job Context:
∎ The Kids Activity & Care Coordinator will oversee the day-to-day operations of the playground, managing a team of female caretakers and conducting classes and workshops for children. This position is perfect for someone who is compassionate, kind, agile, loyal, creative, patient, and has a genuine love for teaching kids.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage the team of caretakers, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children.
∎ Design, organize and conduct cooking classes, crafts workshops, and other activities that are both educational and fun.
∎ Collaborate with restaurant management to integrate children's activities into the overall customer experience.
∎ Train caretakers and ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
∎ Conduct periodic evaluations of the playground equipment and propose any improvements or modifications.
