Responsibilities & Context:
Provide on-call and on-site support to assigned existing clients.
Manage outbound sales calls from the provided customer list generated through digital marketing.
Conduct and manage occasional sales campaigns outside the office to promote products and services.
Prepare and submit daily task reports using the company’s software reporting format.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business growth.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts.
