• Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience

• Must be willing and available for night shift (mandatory)

• Previous experience in a night-shift newsroom or online TV will get preference

• Edit and assemble video content with a strong focus on clear visuals, clean sound, and consistent quality.

• Work closely with the creative team to understand program goals, story flow, and creative direction, then deliver accordingly.

• Review raw footage, select the best shots, and make editing decisions for audio, sound effects, graphics, and pacing.

• Add titles, lower-thirds, logos, motion graphics, simple animations, and visual effects where needed.

• Edit news packages, talk shows, interviews, and short video clips for online TV broadcast.

• Cut raw footage accurately and sync voice, background sound, and music for smooth viewing.

• Prepare and export videos optimized for YouTube, Facebook, TV streaming, and other digital platforms.

• Support live and recorded programs by working closely with reporters, producers, and newsroom staff.

• Deliver edited content within tight deadlines, especially for breaking news and night-shift programs.

• Organize, label, and manage video files and media assets properly for easy future use.

• Stay updated with new editing styles, formats, and industry trends to improve content quality.
