Additional Requirements:
Portfolio showcasing high-quality UXUI work is a must.
Strong proficiency in Figma (auto-layout, components, variants, prototyping).
Basic understanding of UX & UI principles, navigation patterns, and accessibility.
Strong communication skills in Bengali and English.
A thirst for learning and proving her/himself.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Create clear user flows, wireframes, low-fidelity UI screens, and high-fidelity UI screens for web and mobile products.
Use Figma Make, AI tools, and prompt engineering to generate and refine design ideas.
Maintain consistent layout, spacing, typography, and accessibility across all UI screens.
Prepare organized Figma files, export assets, and deliver developer-ready specifications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BA, developers, QA, and senior designers.
Present design concepts, accept feedback constructively, and iterate quickly.
Support development and QA teams by reviewing UI builds and ensuring visual accuracy.
