Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals within the designated division.
∎ Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our products, parts, and accessories.
∎ Identify potential business opportunities and new markets for our products and accessories.
∎ Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, dealers, and distributors while actively seeking new business partnerships.
∎ Coordinate order processing and ensure timely delivery to dealers.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising initiatives.
∎ Analyze market trends and customer feedback to stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
∎ Prepare and present comprehensive sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts to the management team.
∎ Extensively visit workshop and other customer within geographic region.
∎ Visit dealers based customer as per instruction of supervisor.
∎ Expand the dealer network and explore new market expansion opportunities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent English & Bangla writing skill.
∎ Competency in MS Office Suite
∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
∎ Self-motivated and willingness to take up challenges
∎ Ability to work in a team and coordinate cross functionally
∎ Ability to work under pressure and proven time management aptitude is essential
∎ Familiarity with the bicycle industry or a genuine interest in bicycles will be an advantage.
