Responsibilities & Context:
Visit shops, retailers, brands & business owners to introduce Oparmart.
Identify potential partners and onboard shops/brands to our platform.
Collect product information, images, pricing & other details.
Coordinate product uploads, updates & availability on our website.
Promote partner brands online & offline and support online sales.
Build strong client relationships and follow up leads.
Achieve sales, onboarding & business development targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and support other sales & marketing tasks.
Handle customer queries (online & offline), provide quick solutions, bring in more sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
