Responsibilities & Context:
Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished food products for quality.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained.
Monitor production processes according to company quality standards.
Check product packaging, labeling, weight, and expiry dates.
Collect samples and maintain quality inspection records.
Identify quality defects and report issues to the supervisor.
