Experience:

• At least 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks

• MBA/MBM/Masters/Four years’ Bachelor Degree (preferably Business) from UGC approved universities having no 3rd class in academic records.

• Candidate having minimum 16 years of schooling will be eligible.

• Minimum 2 (two) years of experience in payroll banking or related functions in a commercial bank or financial institution.

• Experience in corporate liability business, digital banking solutions or cash management products will be considered an added advantage.

• Identify, develop and acquire new payroll banking business opportunities through market research, business networking and corporate engagement.

• Onboard new corporate clients and strengthen existing payroll banking relationships to achieve assigned business targets.

• Increase salary inflows, transaction volumes, and Current Account/Savings Account (CASA) balances across the payroll banking portfolio.

• Promote cross-selling of retail lending products, debit and credit cards, deposit products and other banking services to payroll customers.

• Plan and execute roadshows, sales campaigns, and promotional initiatives to drive customer acquisition and business growth.

• Maintain and strengthen corporate relationships by offering tailored banking solutions and ensuring high service standards.

• Collaborate with Retail Lending, Cards, Operations, Product, and other relevant teams to improve service delivery, process automation and operational efficiency.

• Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities and provide actionable business insights to support product development and portfolio growth.

• Ensure compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, applicable regulatory requirements, operational controls, and service quality standards.

• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.
