• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• Age At least 26 years

• Handle daily cash transactions and customer payments accurately and efficiently.

• Operate the cash register and POS system to process customer bills and payments.

• Prepare and maintain accurate daily sales reports and cash transaction records.

• Receive, post, and reconcile payments for hospital services, consultations, lab tests, and procedures via cash, credit/debit cards, bank drafts, or digital wallets.

• Perform end-of-shift cash reconciliation and report any discrepancies to management.

• Assist customers with billing inquiries, payment issues, and transaction-related concerns.

• Maintain proper documentation of sales, receipts, and financial transactions.

• Ensure accountability, transparency, and security in all cash-handling activities.

• Verify bills and ensure accurate pricing and payment collection.

• Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and billing.

• Submit daily cash and sales reports to the appropriate authority.
