Job Responsibilities:
∎ Everyday material issue as reservation to various departments.
∎ Materials properly received checking with approved requisition.
∎ GRN creating & process to payment.
∎ Create purchase requisitions.
∎ Prepared Item category fast moving, slow moving & Non-moving items.
∎ Physical inventory is inspected at the end of every month.
∎ Making gate pass & follow up.
∎ Monthly wastage sales quantity confirms to gate pass.
∎ Maintain items re-order level.
∎ Attended to the diesel & mobile issued from store to vessel.
∎ Everyday reservation updates & transect to SAP software.
∎ To keeping good communication with consumers.
∎ Monthly report making & submit to the department head.
∎ Take care of the company asset available in the store custody.
∎ Ensure the delivery is being done on first in first out bases.
∎ Checking the receiving challan quantity and MRR/GRN.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 03 years of experience as a store office on a Group of Companies.
∎ Ability to detect any fault of vehicles and provide suggestions for repair.
∎ Should have the adaptability to work in a huge and complex industrial environment.
∎ Ability to work on MS-Word & Excel for keeping records and generating reports on regular basis.
∎ Should have a sound knowledge on vehicle spear parts.
