Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in CSE/ CS/ IT, BCA, MCA, B. Tech, M. Tech, B.Sc. Engg, M.Sc. Engg or Bachelor or Masters in any related field from a reputed University with good academic records
∎ Having Different Software Vendor Certification will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for IT Professionals to maintain and support different Banking / ADC Systems Operations of the Bank. The respondent candidates should be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
∎ Functional Designation: IT System Operations.
∎ Job Location: Dhaka or any other location in Bangladesh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing Banking & Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) Systems-Agent Banking/ Mobile Banking & Apps / Internet Banking & Mobile Apps / ATM Switching & Card Management System of the Bank.
∎ Managing all new Banking System Projects of the Bank from Initiation to Implementation and Completion to meet new business requirements, compliance of Central Bank and requirements of external agencies.
∎ Configuring software, monitoring system operations, troubleshooting and resolving - software security issues, system integrity issues, performance issues, connectivity issues etc.
∎ Managing regular maintenance, customization and enhancement of the respective system and generating various reports by querying from database as per need.
∎ Managing and operating EOD (End of Day), EOM (End of Months) and EOY (End of Years) processes in different systems.
∎ Coordination with the vendors and service providers to troubleshoot system related problems, arrange system enhancements, manage up gradation issues and ensure system availability.
∎ Coordination with the internal departments of the Bank regarding regular operational for respective systems.
∎ Providing training and support to the concerned departments for all Business users of the respective systems.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 3 years experience in the following area(s): Programmer/ Software Developer / Software Engineer / DBA / PL SQL Developer / IT Project Manager / IT System Manager
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business organization(s): IT Enabled Service Firms, Software Companies , Banks and FIs.
∎ The respondent candidates should have experience with designing, coding, testing and implementation of software according to software design specifications following standard coding styles and practices
∎ The respondent candidates should have proficiency in analyzing business requirements and understanding deliverables. The candidates should have ability to read through a functional requirements and understand required technical implementation to achieve business goals.
∎ The respondent candidates should have proficiency in writing complex and faster SQL queries, store procedure, function and develop database.
∎ The respondent candidates should have strong knowledge in software architecture and RDBMS design.
∎ The respondent candidates should have experience in system integration with 3rd party systems and knowledge of software development life cycle.
∎ The respondent candidates should have proven experience on conducting all kind of testing (Unit, System, Integration).
∎ The respondent candidates should have proven experience and ability to perform complex data analysis.
∎ The respondent candidates should have excellent knowledge of Relational Databases Management System, general understanding of distributed computing architectures- Client/Server, Internet/Intranet, Enterprise solutions, general understanding of operating system - Windows, Unix, Linux and general understanding of storage technologies, networking.
∎ The respondent candidates should have good problem-solving skills to solve complex business problems and experience in developing reports using various reporting tools.
∎ The respondent candidates having working experience in development of financial applications will be preferred and expected to possess excellent interpersonal, written and communication skills, good command in written and spoken English.
∎ The applicants must be self-driven, able to work independently as well as in a group and must be proactive, energetic & deadlines oriented.
∎ The applicant having Certification in Project Manager will be preferred.
