Responsibilities & Context:
- Monitor, configure, and maintain OLT and Mikrotik routers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer Internet connectivity issues.
- Handle client calls, identify problems, and solve them accordingly.
- Perform routine checks on network stability, uptime, and performance.
- Maintain documentation of customer issues and service activities.
- Support in installation, configuration, and maintenance of network devices (Fiber, LAN, Wireless).
- Ensure quick response to client complaints and provide professional customer service.
- Assist the senior network engineer/team in day-to-day operations.
- Follow company policies, work shifts, and ensure smooth operation of services.
