Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA majoring in HRM, Sociology, Social Welfare etc. from a reputed University

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handling workers grievance with a view to reduce it
∎ Work as a communication bridge between floor Management & workers
∎ Daily visit in production floor for communicating with the workers and floor management as to keep up a good team work for enhancing productivity
∎ In case of Go Slow, Resignation, Rejection, Absenteeism, In-Subordination etc. have to provide necessary counseling to the workers
∎ Induction program for the newly recruited employees
∎ Work for reducing workers migration
∎ To look after Compliance matter & to ensure industrial safety, health and hygiene of the workers
∎ Conducting domestic, primary and formal inquiry for disciplinary measures
∎ Maintaining of employees suggestion boxes & keeping records
∎ Conducting exit interview, survey on different issues as per management requirement
∎ To arrange various training program
∎ Maintaining all training files
∎ Preparation of monthly report on welfare activities and training program for submitting to the management
∎ Conducting meeting if required
∎ Month wise mega orientation program for newly recruited workers & staffs
∎ Any other task assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Pro-active, self-motivated, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Excellent presentation and reporting skills
∎ Excellent communication both in written and speaking in English
∎ Must be familiar with MS-Office
∎ Willing to stay beside Factory premises at own accord
