- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good oral communication skill.
- Good listening skill.
- Analytical skill.
Responsibilities & Context: - Support at Front-desk and PABX system as required
- Welcome guests to the office in a friendly and cheerful manner.
- Receiving and answering the calls quickly and efficiently in a professional manner & forwarding incoming phone calls;
- Need to handle incoming calls and keep record .
- Screening guests and verifying the reason and authenticity of their visit.
- Receive any packages or documents delivered by courier and ensure they are delivered to the correct place.
- Send any mail or packages by courier service when required.
- Received and dispatch any internal written communication between Head office and factory Units.
- Distribute office notices, memos and other circulars.
- Maintain all fillies and documents associated with front desk.
- Maintain registry of all guests (anyone that is not a QIL employee) that enters the office (Including delivery men, workers). Record exit times for all guests.
- Collect and receive bills, invoices , challan etc and deliver them to the concerned party .
- Maintain security by following standard procedures such as: monitoring / maintaining logbook issuing visitor badges etc.
- Maintain log of office Employee who are leaving the office during the work day . Know where any employees who are outside the office are in case they need to be reached.
- Maintain high level of personal hygiene, health and appearance.
- Perform any other jobs as required by the management.
