∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Finance or Management
∎ Skills Required: Book keeping, cash management, Financial Reporting
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Administration, Advance Excel
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Context:
∎ We are seeking, smart, sharp & dynamic personnel to join our " Accounts Department"
∎ Office time 09:00 am to 05:00 pm
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage bookkeeping on daily basis
∎ Preparing daily vouchers
∎ Checking bills submitted by vendors
∎ Ensure accounting accuracy in all transactions entered into the system and ensure the same is posted before the month-end
∎ Manage Monthly tracking of physical inventory
∎ Assist with month-end financial reports
∎ Prepare salary sheet
∎ Maintain office administration
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 24 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge about journals, accounting books, Microsoft Excel & Word.
∎ Displays Flexibility, calmness, confidence, integrity, and a "can-do" attitude.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Strong Communication Skill.
∎ Candidates who live in Mirpur will get preference.
Salary: Tk. 8000 (Monthly)
