Job Context:
∎ Looking for a Junior commercial will be responsible for commercial activities of the office with his senior. The ideal candidate has to be detail oriented, possess excellent, proficient in communication & organization skills.
∎ Job Location: Uttara, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to handle Customs, C&F, Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Banking and Export-Import duty and VAT-TAX issues.
∎ Have sound knowledge in Banking System/FOC/Commercial item and H.S. Code(s) for imported goods and customs clearance formalities thereof.
∎ To ensure all logistics activities related to Import & Export, International Correspondence.
∎ Have practical knowledge of Import (Shipping, Freight Forwarding, Chittagong, Dhaka Customs) and Exports.
∎ To maintain and Handle Export - Import L/C and Export - Import, T.T. Documentation.
∎ Should be well conversant and capable of corresponding/negotiating with Supplier & Agent.
∎ The Applicant must have the capability to do UD/UP, EX-BOND/IN-BOND in time with assist to factory to maintain BOND REGISTER.
∎ The Applicant must have the capability to manage bond customs personnel in any irregularities/difficulties.
∎ Responsible to manage all the company License and renewals (Trade License, IRC, ERC, FIRE, FACTORY, VAT, TAX, EPB, BOI, etc.)
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

∎ Logical thinking & decision making capabilities.
∎ Able to deliver demanding business objectives and goals
∎ Excellent communications skills both in written and speaking in English
∎ Familiar in use MS-Office (Bangla & English).
